The LSB will vote on candidates for the Management Assessment and Search Committee (MASC) at its Wednesday, January 8, 2025 regular meeting. The MASC’s goal will be to create the most qualified and competent candidate pool possible for WPFW’s unique and independent position in the Pacifica network. The MASC must include a minimum of seven (7), and no more than eleven (11), members, and may also include Listener members. 

 

The 2024 version of the MASC completed substantially all the necessary preliminary work: surveys, a job description, advertising notices and candidate evaluation tools. The 2025 MASC will likely meet at least twice a month, affording two hours for each meeting. Additional time commitments (including candidate interviews) will be subject to the full committee’s will and discretion.

From this list (if it exceeds eleven) the LSB will then vote to fill the committee during its January 8, 2025 meeting.
