 * Attacks on Asian/American people are spiking during the covid-19 pandemic. We all can take action to interrupt hate. Join the free webinars: Active bystander skills for stopping anti-Asian hate for all ages 14 and up: Wednesday, April 29th at 6:30 pm, Eastern time and Saturday, May 2nd at 4:30 pm Eastern time. Registration is required on "Defend Yourself [dot] org." The webinars are free, but donations are welcome.

 

* Above All Ventures LLC has a limited supply of food and household supplies to give out to persons who are unemployed as a result of COVID-19. Please contact Vera Kuffour-Manu at (301) 806-1355.* Bread for the City in Northwest DC is doing free testing for COVID19 from 1 to 3 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Open to the general public and geared toward individuals facing healthcare challenges. Walk up and no questions asked. The Northwest, Bread for the City is located on 1525 7th Street Northwest.
