It's that time again! Join WPFW as we move to get fit at the Annual 5k Run/Walk For Total Fitness! Dynamic fitness instructors, free healthy snacks and water, exciting music, boat rides for families and children and a double dutch and hand dance contest are all included in the 5k fundraiser.
This event takes place on Saturday, September 13, 2024 at the Bladensburg Waterfront Park, 4601 Annapolis Road in Bladensburg, Md. from 8am to 1pm.
$40 per person. Children under 12 are FREE!
